Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms (the “Referral Terms”) govern your participation in Lokuma.ai’s referral program (the “Program”). The Program provides eligible users with credits as referral rewards, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

You must have a Lokuma.ai account to participate. We may suspend or terminate your participation if we believe you are abusing the Program or violating these Referral Terms or the general Terms of Service.

2. Referral Link

Each user may be provided with a unique referral link. You are responsible for keeping your referral link private and for how it is distributed.

3. How Rewards Are Earned

Rewards are earned only when all of the following occur:

1. A referred user signs up using your referral link; and
2. The referred user completes their first successful website generation on Lokuma.ai.

When the above conditions are met, the referrer and the referred user each receive 3 credits.

4. Monthly Cap

Each user can receive at most 150 credits per month from the Program. If the monthly cap is reached, additional referrals may not generate rewards for that user during that month.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

We may withhold, reverse, or deny rewards if we determine (in our sole discretion) that:

• the referrals are fraudulent, suspicious, or part of abuse (including self-referrals, fake accounts, or automated sign-ups);
• the activity violates applicable laws; or
• the activity violates Lokuma.ai’s Terms of Service or these Referral Terms.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Changes will take effect when posted. Your continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Referral Terms.
