1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies when you access or use Lokuma.ai, regardless of whether you are a visitor or a registered user, and regardless of whether a specific feature has a separate privacy notice, unless otherwise stated.

- Information collected by third parties that advertise or integrate with our services.

2.1 Personal Data Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

- For individual users, we act as a data controller.
- For corporate or organizational users, we may act as a data processor, processing end-user Personal Data on behalf of the organization, which remains the data controller.

We take reasonable measures to avoid collecting irrelevant Personal Data. Failure to provide certain information may limit your ability to use specific features. Upon account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize Personal Data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, audit, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

- We may process AI Input and Output to operate, maintain, improve, and enhance the Product, including for quality, safety, and performance optimization purposes.

Additional Terms for Applicable Privacy Laws (EEA/UK/Switzerland & US State Privacy Laws – structure aligned with Readdy)
PART A – EEA, UK & SWITZERLAND (GDPR-Related Terms) This Part applies only to users located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom (“UK”), or Switzerland.
1. Lawful Processing & Roles Depending on how you use Lokuma.ai:
- For individual users, we act as a data controller.
- For corporate or organizational users, we may act as a data processor, processing Personal Data on behalf of the organization, which remains the data controller. Where required, processing will be based on one or more lawful bases, including contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation.
2. International Data Transfers Lokuma.ai operates globally. Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, including Singapore and the United States. Where required by Applicable Privacy Law, we rely on one or more of the following safeguards:
- Transfers to jurisdictions recognized as providing an adequate level of protection;
