Accounts, Subscriptions & Credits: A Brief Guide
This guide explains how to manage your account, understand subscription plans and billing policies, and use AI credits effectively.
1. Account Management
- Access and update your profile – Click your avatar at the top right, then go to Account settings. Here you can update your name, profile picture and more. You cannot change your registered email address; contact support if you need to use a new email.

- Deleting your account – Deletion is irreversible; you cannot recover your workspace, apps, files or domains, and subscriptions are not refunded. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion. Currently if you need to delete your account, please send us an email to support@lokuma.ai.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
2.1 Choosing and purchasing a plan
- Lokuma offers several tiers — Free, Starter, Pro and Enterprise — each with different AI message and integration credit allowances and features such as databases, domain binding and etc.
- To subscribe: click your avatar, select Upgrade, click Upgrade on your chosen plan, and select a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Switching to yearly billing applies an annual discount; the system prorates the cost based on your current cycle.
2.2 Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrading takes effect immediately; you pay only the difference for the remainder of the current billing period, and your new features and limits activate right away.
- If you want to change both the plan tier and the billing cycle, upgrade your tier first and then switch to annual or monthly billing.
2.3 Managing billing and invoices
- In the Subscription page, you can review subscription history, update payment methods and manage subscription.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but the current subscription period is not refunded; you retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

3. AI Credits
Lokuma uses credits to control the compute resources allocated to AI interactions. Understanding credits helps you plan your work and avoid disruptions.
3.1 What is an AI Credit?
Credits are used when you interact with Lokuma's AI during website creation or editing. For example:
- Generating a new website
- Adding or refining certain web elements
- Updating layouts or content through AI
We continuously improve our AI capabilities. As the product evolves, credit usage rules may be fine-tuned to better reflect task complexity and to ensure fair, sustainable access to top-tier AI models.
Our goal is simple: Give you access to powerful AI, while keeping credit usage transparent and predictable.
3.2 Current Credit Consumption Rules
At this early stage, our credit system is intentionally simple:
- Each AI conversation or action currently consumes 1 credit, whether you are generating a website or requesting edits.
- If our AI fails to complete a task correctly, corrective rebuilds or fixes are not charged.
We may refine this structure over time as the platform grows. If any adjustments are made, we will communicate them clearly in advance.

3.3 Viewing and Managing Credits
- Click your avatar at the top right to see how many AI credits remain in your account.

- Free plan: Includes a one-time allowance of 10 credits. Once credits are used, AI features become unavailable unless you upgrade.
- Paid plans: Credits refresh monthly on your subscription date. Unused credits do not roll over.
- If you run out of credits, AI actions are paused until your next reset or plan upgrade.
