Account Settings

This guide covers everything you can manage from your Lokuma account — profile, registered email, and account deletion.

Accessing your account settings

Click your avatar at the top right of any Lokuma page. The dropdown shows your account summary, available credits, your projects, and quick links to settings:

The avatar dropdown shows:

  • Your account info — name, email, plan badge (Free / Starter / Pro), expiry date for paid plans.
  • AI Credits remaining — current balance, with an Upgrade link to bump your credit tier or plan.
  • Projects shortcut — your most recent projects, with Manage to jump to the projects dashboard.
  • Account Settings — opens the Profiles page (see below).
  • Help us improve Lokuma — share feedback with the team.
  • Log out.

Profile and account access

Click Account Settings from the avatar dropdown to open the Lokuma Console. The console sidebar groups settings under three sections:

  • Design Agent — Getting Started (install) · Billing · Usage · API Keys
  • Website Builder — Subscription · Usage · Rewards
  • Manage — Profile (account-level settings shared across both products)

From the Manage → Profile page (/console/profile), you can:

  • View your current avatar, name, and registered email.
  • Update display name and profile picture (changes propagate across editor, dashboard, and shared links instantly).
  • Manage email-notification preferences for transactional emails (renewals / credit refresh / cancellations).

For product-specific settings, switch sections in the sidebar — Design Agent for API keys and dollar balance top-ups, Website Builder for subscription tier and credit usage.

Changing your registered email

You cannot change your registered email address from settings directly. To update it, email support@lokuma.ai and our team will update your account email securely. Once updated, all subsequent sign-in links, transactional emails (renewals, credit refresh, cancellations), and account notifications go to the new address.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is irreversible. You cannot recover your workspace, published projects, files, or domains, and any active subscription is not refunded. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion (use Export Code on each project if you're on Starter or above).

To request deletion, send an email to support@lokuma.ai from the address registered on your account. Our team will confirm and process the deletion.

Can I change my registered email address?

Not from settings directly. Contact support@lokuma.ai and our team will help update your account email securely.

How do I delete my Lokuma account?

Send an email to support@lokuma.ai from the address registered on your account. Account deletion is irreversible and active subscriptions are not refunded — export any data you want to keep first.

Where can I see my AI credit balance and subscription details?

Click your avatar at the top right — the dropdown shows your credit balance and a quick Upgrade link. For full subscription management — billing date, payment method, invoices, plan changes, cancellation — open the Console (avatar → Account Settings) and go to Website Builder → Subscription, or see the Pricing Plans guide.

What's the difference between Design Agent and Website Builder sections in the Console?

They're Lokuma's two product surfaces with independent billing:

  • Website Builder — browser-based AI site builder. Monthly subscription (Free / Starter / Pro / Enterprise) with a monthly AI credit allowance for each generation or edit.
  • Design Agent — CLI skill / MCP server for developers (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Lovable, Bolt, any MCP client). Pay-as-you-go dollar balance — top up at /console/billing; new accounts get a $2 welcome credit.
