Lokuma offers four subscription tiers — Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise — each with a different mix of AI credits, project allowances, and platform features. Information below reflects our current pricing page; see Lokuma Pricing for the live numbers and yearly billing options.

Free

• Price: US$0
• Best for: Exploring your first online presence — hobby projects, early prototypes, or just trying Lokuma out.
• Benefits:
  • Up to 3 projects.
  • A *.lokuma.ai subdomain.
  • 3 AI credits per month, refreshed automatically on the day-of-month you signed up (you'll receive an email when credits refresh).
  • Access to basic templates.
  • Last 5 builds per project kept; published versions kept forever.
  • No custom domains, code export, or watermark removal.

Starter

• Price: US$15 per month, or US$180 per year (35% off · save $96/year).
• Best for: Small businesses ready to launch and get discovered.
• Benefits:

  • 50 credits per month.
  • Custom domains, watermark removal, and code export.
  • Basic email support.
  • 100 table/contact records.
  • SEO AI optimization (in development).
  • Last 30 builds per project kept; published versions kept forever.

Pro

• Price: Starts at US$30 per month, or US$360 per year (40% off · save $240/year).

• Best for: Growing businesses focused on conversions, ready to scale marketing and bookings.

• Credit tiers (linear pricing): Pick the monthly credit allowance that fits your workflow — choose from 125 / 250 / 375 / 500 / 625 / 750 / 875 / 1,000 / 1,125 / 1,250 credits per month. Pricing is linear: every 125-credit step adds $30/month. Annual billing keeps the same 40% off discount across all tiers.

Subscription Billing

Choosing and purchasing a plan

To subscribe, click your avatar at the top right and choose Upgrade — or visit the Pricing page directly. Pick a plan, then choose monthly or yearly billing. Annual billing applies a discount and bills once a year up-front; monthly billing charges every billing cycle.

For Pro: after choosing yearly or monthly, pick a credit tier (125 / 250 / .../ 1,250 credits per month) from the dropdown on the Pro card. Your monthly price scales linearly with the tier you pick (every additional 125 credits adds $30/month).

Monthly vs. yearly billing

Yearly billing is the better deal when you know you'll use Lokuma for more than a couple of months — Starter saves about $96/year (35% off) and Pro saves about $240/year on the base tier (40% off), with the same 40% discount applied to higher Pro tiers.

Switching from monthly to yearly (or vice-versa) is allowed any time from your Subscription page. If you change both the plan tier and the billing cycle in the same session, change the tier first and then switch the billing cycle — the system prorates each change cleanly.

Managing billing and invoices

From your Subscription page, you can:

• Review your subscription history
• Update your payment method
• Download invoices
• Switch monthly ↔ yearly
• Change tier (Free / Starter / Pro / Enterprise)
• Cancel your subscription

Billing is handled through Stripe; payment-method updates and invoice downloads happen on Stripe's secure billing portal.

Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling

• Upgrading (any plan, or moving a Pro user to a higher credit tier) takes effect immediately. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, and the new features and credit allowance activate right away.

• Downgrading (e.g. Pro → Starter, or Pro 1,250 → Pro 125) applies at the next renewal — you keep your current plan's features and credits until the period ends, then transition automatically. No refund is issued for the remainder of the current cycle.

• Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain full access through the end of your current billing cycle, then the account drops to Free. Published sites stay live; only AI generation / editing features pause.

After each renewal or cancellation, Lokuma sends a transactional email summarizing the change.

AI Credits

Lokuma uses credits to control the compute allocated to AI interactions. Understanding credits helps you plan your work and avoid disruptions.

What is an AI Credit?

Credits are used when you interact with Lokuma's AI during website creation or editing. Examples:

• Generating a new website
• Adding or refining web elements
• Updating layouts, copy, theme, or images through AI

Browsing the Dashboard, reviewing submissions, and republishing existing sites do not consume credits.

Our goal is simple: Give you access to powerful AI, while keeping credit usage transparent and predictable.

Current credit consumption rules

At this early stage, the credit system is intentionally simple:

• Each AI conversation or action consumes 1 credit, whether you're generating a new site or requesting an edit.
• If Lokuma's AI fails to complete a task correctly, the corrective rebuild or fix is not charged.

Viewing and managing your credit balance

Click your avatar at the top right to see how many AI credits remain in your account.

If you run out of credits, AI generation and edit features pause until your next monthly refresh or until you upgrade to a higher plan. Existing published sites stay live and continue to work normally.

How credit refresh works

Credit refresh is anchored to your account, not to the calendar 1st of the month — so a user who signs up on the 15th never loses days of their allocation to a late-month signup.

• Free users — your 3 monthly credits refresh on the day-of-month you signed up. If you signed up on June 15, your credits refresh on July 15, August 15, and so on. (For months without that calendar day — e.g. signing up on the 31st — the refresh lands on the last day of shorter months.) You'll receive an email each month confirming the refresh.
• Starter / Pro monthly subscribers — credits reset on your monthly billing date (the day-of-month your subscription started). Stripe handles this automatically on every billing cycle, and you'll receive an email confirmation summarizing the renewal and new credit balance.
• Yearly subscribers — you're billed once a year, but credits refresh monthly on the day-of-month your yearly subscription started (e.g. an annual subscription starting Jan 15 refreshes monthly credits on the 15th). Each monthly refresh sends an email confirming the new allocation.

Credits do not roll over — unused credits at refresh time are reset to your plan quota.

Every credit refresh and every subscription change triggers a Lokuma email confirmation:

All credit-refresh and subscription emails are transactional confirmations — they send automatically when relevant events occur on your account.

How to choose the right plan

A quick decision guide:

• Choose Free if you're experimenting, learning Lokuma, or building a hobby site that's fine on a *.lokuma.ai subdomain. The 3 monthly credits refresh every month so you can keep iterating.
• Choose Starter if you have one or two real projects, need a custom domain, want the Lokuma watermark removed, and plan to publish or export code.
• Choose Pro if you run multiple client or product sites, need higher monthly credit limits (with the option to scale up beyond the base 125/month all the way to 1,250/month), more table records, and priority support.
• Choose Enterprise if you need SSO, advanced CDN, an SLA, or custom credit and project limits negotiated for your organization.

Is there a free plan I can try without a credit card?

Yes. The Free plan includes 3 AI credits per month (refreshed automatically on the day-of-month you signed up, with an email confirmation), up to 3 projects, and a *.lokuma.ai subdomain — no credit card required. It's perfect for evaluating whether Lokuma fits your project.

What is the difference between the Starter and Pro plans?

Starter ($15/mo) gives you 10 projects, 50 monthly credits, custom domains, and code export. Pro ($30/mo and up) raises that to unlimited projects, with a credit tier you choose from 125 up to 1,250 credits per month, priority support, and 10,000 contact records.

How do the Pro credit tiers work?

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades apply at the next renewal so you keep your current features until the period ends.

How do I cancel my Lokuma subscription?

Open your avatar menu, go to Subscription, and choose Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund is issued for the unused portion. After the cycle ends, the account drops to Free; published sites stay live.

Does Lokuma offer annual discounts?

Yes. Annual billing saves about 35% on Starter ($180/year, save $96/year) and 40% on Pro (starting at $360/year, save $240/year) compared with monthly. The same 40% discount applies to every Pro credit tier, so a Pro 1,250-credit subscription pays $3,600/year instead of $6,000 month-by-month. Switch to annual any time from your Subscription page.

Do unused AI credits roll over to the next month?

No. On every plan, credits refresh to the plan quota at each refresh point. Unused credits from the previous period do not carry over. Plan your generations and edits accordingly.

What happens if I run out of AI credits?

AI generation and edit features pause until your next monthly refresh or until you upgrade to a higher plan. Existing published sites stay live and continue to work normally — only future AI actions are gated.

Are corrective AI rebuilds charged credits?

No. If our AI fails to deliver the requested result, the corrective rebuild or fix is not charged against your credit balance.

Will I receive an email when my credits refresh or my subscription renews?

Yes. Every monthly credit refresh and every paid renewal triggers a Lokuma email confirmation:

• Free users — one email when your 3 monthly credits refresh on your signup-day anniversary.
• Monthly subscribers — one email after every Stripe billing cycle, summarizing the charge and the new credit balance.
• Yearly subscribers — one email each month when your monthly credit allocation refreshes (you're billed once a year but credits are granted monthly).

Cancellations and email changes also trigger their own confirmation emails. All credit-refresh and subscription emails are transactional confirmations — they send automatically when relevant events occur on your account.

Does Lokuma handle payment processing or e-commerce checkout natively?

Lokuma focuses on AI website creation, custom domains, and form submissions. For native checkout, payment processing, or full e-commerce flows, integrate a third-party tool (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, Calendly, etc.) into your published site.

How long are previous builds kept?

Build history depends on your plan — Free keeps the last 5 builds per project, Starter keeps 30, Pro keeps 100, and Enterprise keeps unlimited build history. Across every plan, published versions are kept forever so you can always restore a live site to a prior state.

Can I change my registered email address?
